I researched gun safes to death. I was looking for something simple where I could store my rifle, pistol, and compound bow with some room for expansion. My primary objective was to keep the little children from having access to firearms but I also wanted a digital (electronic) lock so I could get to them quickly. This safe is just what I wanted. It is also tall enough that I can add another shelf with some wood and fasteners and still have plenty of clearance. I found this safe for a few dollars cheaper at a big chain discount store, but the fine print on their shipping arrangements required that I have a dock for unloading or it would be extra to get it off the truck for "curbside" delivery. So I decided to go with Amazon.com and their shipper ABF not only delivered it into my entry-way but delivered it early because I was going to be out of town on the planned delivery date. I am so glad I went with Amazon.com, the quality customer service was well worth the few extra dollars!

The safe arrived a couple hours ago by the courier service. They had called several times to accommodate my schedule and made adjustments for delivery with a smile. Their customer service people were terrific. Delivery came on time and actually early for the window given by customer service.

The two delivery gentlemen were courteous and professional. The carton packaging was unblemished and Sentry made sure there was excellent protection to prevent damage.

I was very impressed with the interior carpeting and shelving; carpet professionally glued. I got the electric combo and yes it came with keys and all instructions. I shopped this item around for 4 months and all I can say is "thank you" Amazon once again. The price was the best of over 30 vendors and even wholesalers. Everybody wants to give great prices but then stick it to you on the delivery charge.

At amazon there is "no charge" for delivery and therefore save yourself an additional $75.00... Read more

Great quality, fast delivery but someone had to be here to help to unload the safe from the truck. The safe is just like described - we bought this safe to store not only our guns but also jewelery and other things in and it works out great. Easy to program your own code, very easy to open door. I wish it would have an additional shelf but only because we have more small things than large guns to store. Can definitely recommend and would buy again.
